WHY DID PETR CECH CHOOSE ARSENAL OVER OTHER CLUBS.?

We often wonder why Arsenal was chosen by Petr Cech over other clubs. the first point here is he wanted to stay in London after eleven years he did not want to resettle his family, as P.S.G were also very keen on him.
