ENGLISH HOME GROWN PLAYERS ARE A ENDANGERED SPECIES.
In the opening day of the E.P.L season on 8/8/2015 and there were twenty clubs mind you and a total of 220 , two hundred and twenty players who took to the pitch.
But there were only 73, seventy three English born players taking part or say 32 percent.
And in the year 1992/1993 , when the New E.P.L season started there were 69, sixty nine percent were home grown players..
No wonder Gary Dykes has said that English home grown players are a endangered species .
Mind you now all clubs must have eight home grown players, and they now want to increase the number to twelve players to solve this problem.
