I wonder whether the Russian President Vladimir Putin has taken leave of his senses , after being years in dirty politics. He has proudly stated that Sepp Blatter must win a Nobel prize. Unfortunately there is no Nobel prize for corruption you see. So Vladimir Putin must give the Russian highest civilian award to Mr Sepp Blatter.
