WHO IS PAYING FOR THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE CHELSEA STADIUM?
I have a big question to ask the Chelsea fans here.We all know Chelsea are improving the sitting capacity of Stamford Bridge.
But what I would like to know who is footing the bill for that the Russian owner Roman Abramovich or the Chelsea club.
As the Chelsea club have hardly done any transfer this summer.?
