Yes I do agree that each team that does win the Community Shield , need not go and win the E.P.L title in the new season. But what was very special of the Community shield played between Arsenal and Chelsea , saw Arsene Wenger defeat Jose Mourinho in the fourteenth attempt, and break the hoodoo. Now Chelsea will have to think long and deep ver their plans for the new season, as it will not be a cake walk for sure this time. And Radamel Falcao Garcia still unable to score those famous goals he was a shadow of himself , in fact verse then last year at Manchester United . So is it a blip or a decline in his career? I would say it is a decline.
