IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ARSENAL TO BUY EDINSON CAVANI FROM P.S.G IN JANUARY.

According to THE METRO which says that P.S.G are planning to overhaul their team and that the Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani can be sold to Arsenal in the January transfer window for a sum of 45, forty five million pounds.. But by the January transfer window the price could fall even further to 42, forty two or even 40 forty million pounds. Now what I fail to understand here Arsene wenger flew to France Paris to talk to P.S.G about buying Edinson cavani, but the Paris club demanded 50, fifty million pounds for Edinson Cavani, the talks went for a long time and in the end Arsene Wenger came back to Arsenal empty handed. Both the clubs could easily have sorted the transfer then and there.
