LIVERPOOL ARE LUCKY TO SURVIVE AGAINST CARLISLE . IN THE LEAGUE CUP.
Liverpool were lucky to survive into the next round of the League Cup.
Liverpool had 47 shots on goal in 120 minutes and the match was tied at 1-1 after extra time.
Carlisle is in the lower tier in England.
Brendan rodgers will have to thank his lucky stars and also the goalkeeper he got in the summer, Adam Bogdan saved two penalties to let the match be won by Liverpool 3-2 on penalties.
But Brendan Rodgers luck will not last him for ever for sure.
In fact the Liverpool fans left early and the number was very large indeed, so they had to wait for taxis in a cue.
