WAYNE ROONEY SCORES GOAL NUMBER FIFTY FOR ENGLAND.

The Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has now scored his goal number 50, fifty for England. In so doing this he has now broken the record of 49 goals set by the former 1966 world cup winner and England midfielder Sir Bobby Charlton, who had scored a total of 49 forty nine goals for England in 106 Games. It has taken a very long time to break I must say. But here we must remember Sir Bobby Charlton was a midfielder and not a striker, so it speaks volumes about Sir Bobby Charlton's skill. But what is worrying for England is that after Wayne Rooney 50 goals and Sir Bobby Charlton the next top goal scorer is OWN GOALS 49,.
