EVA CARNEIRO HAS FILED CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL AGAINST CHELSEA.

The former doctor of Chelsea Eva Carneiro has now filed lawyers papers against Chelsea , please note it is not against Jose Mourinho as Chelsea had employed her. The grounds for the paper are on Constructive Dismissal . Both she and the club failed to settle the matter out of court and now it will be heard in court and then finally decided . More bad news for Chelsea and the bosses.
