The former Chelsea . England midfielder who started his career with West Ham United , the club where his father also played. Frank Lampard is the receive THE O.B.E., by the Duke of Cambridge, Prince William. for his services rendered to football. He played over a hundred games for England, and he is Chelsea top goal scorer as well. I am glad that Frank Lampard is getting the O.B.E , instead giving it far later for the footballer, after all he is still playing football in the U.S.A in the M.L.S.
