MANUEL VALLAS WELCOMES BARCELONA INTO THE LIGUE 1 IN FRANCE.

As the Catolonya region of Spain with Barcelona the capital city is trying to win its independence from Spain. The Spanish constitution very clearly states that no region can demand independence from Spain. Then once Catolonya wins independence then a few clubs mainly F.C.Barcelona and Espanoyl will not be allowed to play in the Spanish La Liga as Catolonya will be a independent country and no longer part of Spain. But now the French prime minister Manuel Vallas has welcomed Barcelona to play in the French top division LIGUE 1, along with clubs like P.S.G. and Monaco. But then one thing is very clear here that then without F.C.Barcelona in Spain ,, Then the Spanish la Liga will be a dead league with Real Madrid winning everything like Celtic in Scotland and Bayern Munich in Germany , it will be absolutely boring.
