Jose Mourinho was fined 500,000 pounds and faces a one match ban as well. He even told the F.A. that English was not his first language, which I agree it is not. But when he calls Arsene Wenger a poor looser, naive and cry baby his English is very good then. Oh by the way in case you do not know it , when the late Engloish manager Sir Bobby Charlton took over at F.C.Porto as the club manager. F.C.POrto appointed Jose Mourinho to translate things from English to Portuguese language. So his English was very good. When the late Sir Bobby Robson took over the managers job at Barcelona they appointed Jose Mourinho to translate from English to Spanish , and to be honest he learnt his managerial skills under the great Sir Bobby Robson. And at Barcelona Jose Mourinho is taunted and called THE TRANSLATOR.
