There is no doubt about it the Sir Alex Ferguson did make Cristiano Ronaldo the better player that he is. He learnt things that he would never have learnt at Sporting Lisbon or even Real Madrid. And the Manchester United players Rio Ferdinand and others even made Ronaldo cry in the dressing room with the jibe of him being Alex Ferguson's grandson. But on football Ronaldo says Paul Scholes and Gary Neville were really processional , in a way they came well over a hour early each time for their daily training and the effort put by these two motivated him to do the same. Now for those who do not know when these youngsters Nicky Butt, Gary Neville, Philip Neville and Paul Scholes changed three buses each day to reach their training ground and yes they changed buses three times to go back home, no jazzy cars for them , while today's youngsters may not have seen the inside of a bus. No wonder that set of players were more dedicated and their class was far superior, then today's youth.
