A STREET OUTSIDE EWOOD PARK IS NAMED AFTER ALAN SHEARER.
A street outside Blackburn Rovers is now called THE ALAN SHEARER WAY.
It is to honour the great footballer Alan Shearer who played for Blackburn Rovers , before he moved to NewcastleUnited
It was while playing at Blackburn Rovers that he lead them to win the E.P.L title in the year 1995., in that year Alan shearer scored a total of 34, thirty four goals for Blackburn Rovers in 1994/1995 season.
Now this is the only time ever that a small club like Blackburn Rovers ever won the E.P.L for a change from Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool.
Alan Shearer was feeling honoured with the naming of the street after him.
