REAL MADRID LOOSE THEIR SECOND APPEAL FROM BEING EXPELLED. FROM COPA DELL REY.

The spanish giants Real Madrid have had their second appeal also rejected , which means the second leg of the Copa Del Rey match played between Real Madrid and the third division club Cadiz. Real Madrid have now decided to refund the money which the people had paid for the second leg match. The reason for the expulsion of Real Madrid was that Real Madrid allowed Dennis Cheryshev to not only start the match , but he even scored the first goal in the third minute against Cadiz. Now Dennis Cheryshev was given on loan to Villarreal , last year, and during that time he received his third yellow card booking in the last day of last years Copa Del Rey, in the match with Barcelona , he brought down Luis Suarez in a bad fowl. So legally speaking he should have sat out that match with Cadiz, rafael benitez realized the blunder when the cadiz fans started singing thank you Real Madrid. But now Real Madrid withdrew Dennis Cheryshev at halftime but the blunder was done. Real Madrid claimed they were unaware, Cheryshev was unaware of the three cards. But a referee clearly shows all the players booked with a yellow card or a red card , s no excuses Real Madrid.
