ARSENAL MOVE FOR TWO NIGERIAN YOUNG FOOTBALLERS TAKE A HIT.
Arsenal had recently agreed to sign two young Nigerian footballers kelechi Nwakali who is now only 17 years old and Samuel Chuckwueze , who is only 16 years old. Now Arsenal agreed to pay a combined fee for both these youngsters just three million pounds to THE DIAMOND YOUTH ACADEMY in Nigeria. But now problems have developed for these two players not only the visa but also the work permit is not cleared yet. Mind yo as Nigeria is not a EUropean Union country , it will take more time to complete , we saw it with the Egyptian Mohamed Elneny who joined Arsenal n the january transfer window , faced the same problem. And now a bigger problem is that according to F.I.F.A rules club can not sign players under the age of sixteen to eighteen, and if they do so then both the parents have to relocate themselves to the country of the club, and must stay a certain distance near to the club as well. Barcelona faced a one year ban because of failing here, now Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are also banned for the same reason.
