MONACO THREATEN TO REPORT SOME CLUBS TO F.I.F.A OVER KYLIAN MBAPPE..

The French club Monaco have now threatened to take legal action against some big clubs in Europe , for tapping on the eighteen year old Kylian Mbappe. Now legally speaking according to both F.I.F.A. and F.F..F. FRENCH FOOTBALL FEDERATION., It becomes illegal to tap and talk to a player about a transfer with out the clubs written consent. So some very big clubs will have to face the music here. The clubs involved here are Manchester City, Real Madrid and P.S.G. Please note Arsenal were interested but they did not make any official bid for the young footballer.
