THE DIEGO COSTA TRANSFER PROBLEM.

The Chelsea and Brazilian born but Spanish striker Diego Costa who was told by Antonio Conte that he would not be in his plans at Chelsea for the 2017/2018 season, by text message. But now Chelsea want to sell him, and Diego Costa wants to join Atletico Madrid only, his old club. But unfortunately Atletico Madrid an not buy Diego Costa as they are facing a ban from F.I.F.A , from buying any footballer till 1/1/2018. Diego Costa wanted to join Atletico Madrid on a short loan period till 1/1/2018, and then make a permanent transfer and sale as well. But F.I.F.A said according to their rules this loan will be illegal . Now his agent ad a Turkish agent are trying to sell Diego Costa to the Turkish club Besiktas. On a six month deal, so he can be sold to Atletico Madrid on 1/1/2018.
