WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CHELSEA , AFTER IT WON THE E.P.L IN 2016/2017?

Chelsea won the E.P.L title In England for the year 2016/2017. And they did it in style the reason was Chelsea were not playing in Europe last year, no Champion League and no Europa League either. So they had less injuries compared to other clubs. But things have gone very bad at Chelsea without the new season starting even. 1) Chelsea were expected to win the F.A CUP as well, but they lost it to Arsenal, a club that had major injuries as well as losing a defender to a previous red card as well. 2) Eden Hazard broke his ankle while playing a friendly game for Belgium. 3) Chelsea and Antonio Conte told Diego Costa by a text message that he was no longer in the plans of the Chelsea team next year. 4) Chelsea have only signed up Willy Carbello , who is 35, thirty five years from Manchester City on a free transfer. 5) The signing of Antonio Rudiger is still to be done, so is the transfer of Tiemoue Bakayoko is not done as yet. 6) Now Manchester United have now stolen Romelu Lukaku from under Antonio Toni's nose. They are offering him 75,seventy five million pounds to buy him.
