WHY DID CHELSEA AND MANCHESTR UNITED DROP INTEREST IN NEYMAR.

There is a lot of stories going around as usual during a transfer window, this time Neymar is the footballer involved. According to The Metro, both Chelsea and Manchester United were keen to buy the Brazilian Neymar from Barcelona, along with the French club P.S.G. In fact it was also reported that P.S.G had agreed a 30, thirty million Euros or 26.6 million pounds. But Chelsea and Manchester United dropped all their interest in signing Neymar the moment they heard that P.S.G were willing to pay Neymar's full buy out clause of 220, million Euros or 197, one hundred and ninety seven million pounds. And a yearly salary of 26, twenty six million pounds. But Manchester City were not at all interested in Neymar, they were more interested in buying Alexis Sanchez.
