IS THE MOVE BY ALEX OXLADE CHAMBERLAIN TO CHELSEA A GOOD MOVE.?

The big question I ask here is the move by Alex Oxlade Chamberlain from Arsenal to Chelsea be a real good move for him? After all he openly said that his move from Arsenal to Chelsea was not because of money, he wanted a new challenge , and get a place for England in the 2018 world cup. As he is playing more or less as a substitute at Arsenal now. Now the deal is almost done worth 35, thirty five million pounds up front and another five million pounds as add ons. But at Chelsea he will again be a substitute as there are very good players before him, like Willian and Pedro Rodriguez.
