P.S.G ARE TO TAKE KYLIAN MBAPPE ON A YEARS LOAN AND THEN MAKE IT PERMANENT LATER.

Both P.S.G and Monaco , are using their crooked brains in finding a way to buy Kylian Mbappe from Monaco and get him to P.S.G, and avoid falling into U.E.F.A FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES. So now the two clubs have come up with their great idea of letting P.S.G taking the teenager Kylian Mbappe ,taking him on a year long loan, and then making the transfer next year on a deal valued at 166, one hundred and sixty six million pounds, this will then be most likely the second costliest footballer after Neymar. So then P.S.G will not have to show two huge buying's made by P.S.G in one year itself. But the big question I ask here is who is paying the money here ? Is it P.S.G , with a bank cheque from a Paris bank or is it from a bank in Qatar.? Please note the 220, two hundred and twenty million pounds cheque paid for Neymar , was from THE QATAR NAATIONAL BANK, and not from a Bank in France. This was leaked in THE DAILY MAIL.
