And the punishment will be that the culprit will face a 12 twelve game match ban. Now Cristiano Ronaldo was seen clearly pushing the referee after he was shown a second yellow card for diving, and as he was shown a yellow card for removing his jersey and taunting the Barcelona match. This ugly incident must make Cristiano Ronaldo ineligible to be nominated for the footballer of the year award. Real Madrid have said that they will appeal the red card shown to Cristiano Ronaldo.
