WOULD MANCHESTER CITY DARE TO PAY THE BUY OUT CLAUSE OF LIONEL MESSI?

It is reported in THE SUN , that Manchester City and Pep Guardiola would be telling Manchester City to pay out the full buy out clause of the Argentinean striker Lionel Messi. Now the buy out clause of Lionel Messi is standing a huge figure of 275, two hundred and seventy five million pounds to buy out Lionel Messi. Now that P.S.G have paid the buy out clause in full for the Brazilian Neymar, which stood at 198, one hundred and ninety eight million pounds. But the P.S.G club are not yet safe from the anger of U.E.F.A and the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULE.. Mind you both Manchester City and P.S,G were punished once by U.E.F.A, so if found guilty they could face huge fines and could miss out of the Champion League as well.
