BOTH ARSENAL AND KOLN ARE CHARGED WITH CROWD TROUBLE BY U.E.F.A..

But now U.E.F.A have said that both Arsenal as well as Koln would be facing charges of crowd trouble and so on. The match started one hour late , then the allotted starting time. Arsene Wenger said he was surprised that U.E.F.A allowed the match to be played in the first place.
