CHELSEA AND MANCHESTER CITY ARE INVESTIGATED FOR SIGNING UNDER AGE PLAYERS..
Now both Manchester City as well as Chelsea , are now being investigated by F.I.F.A , the governing body of football.
It now appears that both Manchester city , have both broken the F.I.F.A rule of signing youngsters who are not yet eighteen years.
According to F.I.F.A rules ,clubs if they do sign boys who are under eighteen years old , will have to have their parents living not more then fifty meters from the club.
F.I.F.A are very strict here as it is a good excuse by saying the kids are joining big clubs, and then child traffic these innocent kids.
Even when Lionel Messi joined Barcelona at the age of thirteen years , both his parents left Argentina and relocated to Barcelona, Spain,
And another problem facing these young boys is that they are thousands of miles from their home , so they do get homesick.
For example Lionel Messi at thirteen years sat quietly and the senior Barcelona players like Xavi Hernandez , Carle's Puyol and Andres Iniesta used to visit the La Massia to cheer these youngsters with gifts.
Mind you Manchester City have been found guilty by C.A.S, and were fined 300,000 pounds, and faced a transfer ban as well.
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Manchester City have been all guilty of breaking this rule.
