FOURTEEN E.P.L CLUBS VOTED TO CLOSE THE TRANSFER WINDOW EARLY.

Out of the twenty clubs in the E.P.L. 14, fourteen voted to have the transfer window closed before he start of the new season. But some clubs did not agree to it and they were the big spenders after all. The clubs that voted against the idea was Manchester United, Manchester City, Swansea and Watford. Burnley abstained.
