THE E.P.L CLUBS DECIDE THAT THE TRANSFER WINDOW MUST CLOSE BEFORE THE NEW SEASON STARTS.

The clubs in the E.P.L mostly agreed that the summer transfer window should be closed well before the new season starts. As the new football season always starts o the second Saturday of August. So in other words the transfer window will be closing in the middle of the month and not the end of the month. My big question will be will these clubs have enough time to do their business.?
