BARCELONA WERE THREATENED WITH A SIX POINT DEDUCTION IN CASE THEY DID NOT PLAY LAS PALMAS.

The Spanish giants Barcelona were threatened by the Spanish La Liga that if they did not play their match with Las Palmas as scheduled , then it would be clear Barcelona would have a total of six points deducted from their total. Three points would be deducted straight away for not playing Las Palmas. And another three would be deducted as the match would be considered as a loss to Barcelona. Today being 1/10/2017 the Catalonia region of Spain went to vote for a referendum for asking independence from Spain. The Spanish government say it is not right according to the constitution. Police used violence and rubber pellets n citizens. Barcelona fans wanted the match to be postponed but the Spanish La Liga were not allowing that.
