MANCHESTER UNITED WANT TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF OLD TRAFFORD.
Manchester United are now planning to increase the sitting capacity of their stadium called OLD TRAFFORD, or THE THEATRES OF DREAMS.
At the moment The Old Trafford has a capacity of more then 75,000 seventy five thousand seats.
But now the plan on paper is to increase the sitting capacity to 88,000, eighty eight thousand seats, that is a increase in number by 12,000 twelve thousand seats. And it should be ready around 2020.
They are planning to extend the Sir Bobby Charlton stand by putting a extra tier there.
But when it will be ready it will be the third largest stadium in the world, so here are the stadiums in order.
1) Barcelona 99,450 seats.
2) Wembley 90,000.
3) Old Trafford 88,000.
4) Santiago Bernabeau 81,000.
5) San Siro. 75,000.
