I fail to understand why ever does F.I.F.A allow world cup qualifiers and matches to be held in Bolivia city of la Pas. It is almost at a very high level almost4,000 four thousand feet above sea level, it is inhumane all the footballers go puffing and panting for fresh air. The actual height of this city is 3,637 feet above sea level horrible I would say. Brazil took oxygen canisters with them and as usual it ended 0-0. I am sure there are more cities in Bolivia who could have held the match, Bolivia is not Singapore made of one city and one country.
