ANTONIO CONTE SAYS THE TWO MANCHESTER CLUBS ARE DANGEROUS < BIG SPENDERS.
The Italian manager of Chelsea Antonio Conte, has this to say,[ He says that both clubs Manchester United and Manchester City are two very dangerous clubs, mainly due to their big spending on buying players.}
But what Chelsea and Antonio Conte is conveniently forgetting here is that it was Chelsea that started spending big money under the ownership of the Russian billionaire, Roman Abramovich.
In the year 2003/2004 when Arsenal went the entire season undefeated and were called THE INVINCIBLES, that entire Arsenal team was costing just 43.5 forty three and a half million pounds.
But in the last two years we can see how much these three clubs spent.
1) Manchester City. Have spent 381 ,three hundred and eighty one million pounds. They sold players for 96 , ninety six million pounds. So really spent 283, two hundred and eighty three million pounds.
2) Manchester United 295, two hundred and ninety five million pounds. They sold footballers for 57, fifty-seven million pounds. So they really spent only 238, two hundred and thirty eight million pounds.
3) Arsenal spent 148, one hundred and forty eight million pounds. Sold footballers for 75, seventy five million pounds.Spent only 73, seventy three million pounds.
