But why is this amount too large for words? This youngster has not yet played a single match for France, he has not won a single trophy with Atletico Bilbao. IS THE FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY STILL THERE? Now according to THE METRO, Manchester City have made a bid f 60, sixty million pounds for the Algerian Riyaed Mahrez from Leicester City. I really do wonder if the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY IS REALLLY THERE.?
