THE EDIN DZEKO DEAL TO JOIN CHELSEA COLLAPSES.

Chelsea were very keen to sign up the Bosnian and former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko from A.A.Roma. But even after holding long talks with his agent the deal completely folded up. Now Edin Dzeko is already 31, thirty one years old , and Chelsea like Arsenal have their strict rule that once a footballer reaches the age of thirty he will be getting only one year contract and that can be extended yearly on the players performance. Now it appears Edin Dzeko wanted a two and a half year contract at Chelsea, as that was the remaining time he had left to play in his A.S.Roma contract. Another problem that was not resolved was agree to his weekly salary demand. The A.S.Roma chief has now come out and said that the agent of Edin Dzeko. was to blame for he failure to reach an agreement. Now Chelsea have gone and brought the French striker Olivier Giroud from Arsenal for18, eighteen million pounds.
