Now last year P.S.G made two very big deals firstly they brought the Brazilian striker Neymar from the Spanish giants Barcelona, for a new world record of 198, one hundred and ninety eight million pounds . And to avoid being caught by F.I.F.A in the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES, P.S.G brought young Kylian Mbappe from Monaco on a years long loan deal, and they can be able to make the buy a permanent one for a huge price of 167, one hundred and sixty seven million pounds. But now that deal does not look to possible as F.I.F.A are looking into the deal of from where the money came to buy these two players. So Manchester City want to buy him then.
