Now U.E.F.A are looking closely at the money spent for buying Neymar from Barcelona , for198, one hundred and nightie eight million pounds, as some have refereed to this as financial doping. But back I the year 2014 P.S.G were found guilty of breaking FINANCIAL FAIR play rules. And were fined 60, sixty million pounds. So if found guilty they could face a heavier fine and could be banned from playing in next years Champion League, or even get demoted to the second division as well.
