RIO FERDINAND SAYS IT WAS CLUB RIVALRY THAT KILLED THE ENGLISH GOLDEN BOYS.

Rio Ferdinand has admitted that it was the club rivalry that finally killed of the English golden boys of football. England on paper were a very strong team with strikers Wayne Rooney, Joe Cole, midfielders like frank Lampard ,Paul Scholes, Steven Gerrard and with defenders like Ashley Cole, Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand Marin Keown and goalkeepers like David James and David seamen. Rio Ferdinand says he could never be free to talk with the Liverpool players in the England dressing room. And this really killed the Golden boys of English football. This also happened with Spain in the years gone by, Spain were called the CHOKERS as they would lie England get knocked out in the quarter finals. The reason being that half the Spanish club were from Real Madrid, and the other half were from Barcelona , and the Spanish team never ever did see eyeball to eyeball. But now Spain have payers from Villarreal,Athletic Madrid and Athletic Bilbao even.
