Arsenal are on the verge of signing the young Uruguayan holding midfielder Lucas Torreira , from the Italian club SampDORIA. He had a buy out clause of 22 twenty two million pounds on his contract. But then why did Arsenal pay 26 , twenty six million pounds? Napoli to wanted to buy him, by paying 22 twenty two his buy out clause, so Arsenal acted swiftly and added more money in the deal as add on and finally got their man.
