ARSENAL SIGN LUCAS TORREIRA FROM SAMPDORIA.

Arsenal have gone and signed the Uruguayan midfielder Lucas Torreira , from the Italian club Sampdoria, for a sum of 26 .4 million pounds. The Uruguayan midfielder had no intention to join Arsenal even though talks between the two clubs had started well before the world cup.
