GOALKEEPERS BROKE THE RULE WHERE PENALTIES WERE TAKEN AT THE WORLD CUP IN RUSSIA.

So here out of the nineteen penalties fifteen times goalkeepers broke this rule. The main culprits here were the Russian goalkeepers Kasper Schmeichel, Igor igonokeef and Danijel Subassic. Thequestio I ask here is why did not the referees or the V.A.R have those fifteen penalties retaken, after all the rule number 14 were broken. And another part of the rules is that the penalty taker must not break his run, but it has ben gong on for years and referes never make them take the penalty again.
