XAVI ALONSO JOINS REAL MADRID'S UNDER THIRTEEN TEAM AS THEIR TRAINING FOR MANAGERS JOB.
The former Spanish footballer Xavi Alonso, who played for clubs like Real Sociedad , Eibar, Liverpool , Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
He also won the champion league trophy in the year 2005 with Liverpool.
He was transferred to Bayern Munich from Real Madrid, he was used as a pawn in the transfer deal with Toni Kroos going to Real Madrid and Xavi Alonso, moving on to Bayern Munich.
Now that he has retired from football at 36, thirty six years, and he always wanted to take up his coaching badges and play as a manager in a dugout one day.
He has now taken over the under 13, year old youth at Real Madrid.
He never did hide his big desire to be a manager one day, as a player he was very good.
