ALL TWENTY CLUBS MUST SUBMIT THEIR TWENTY FIVE PLAYERS.

All the twenty clubs play in the English Premier League will have to now follow the new rules by the F.A. All the clubs will have to submit a list of 25 twenty five footballers by the first of September 2018. Now out of this 25, twenty five players on the list eight will have to be home grown layers as well. But this does not mean that they have to be born in England, if they have played a few years in England with some clubs they can qualify for the post of home grown player as well. But this list can be changed in the month of February , after the closing of the January transfer window as well. But now another list of footballers under the age of 21, twenty one will have also to be submitted. This new rule has caused problems for some clubs , for example Tottenham hotspurs had to leave out their Dutch striker Vincent Jansen who was costing 17, seventeen million pounds. And the Liverpool winger Lazor Markovic is also left out but he is getting a weekly salary of 35,000 thirty five thousand pounds.
