F.I.F.A PLAN TO CAP THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS A CLUB CAN LOAN OUT..

Now the F.I.F.A president Giovani Infatino has making plans to now introduce a rule for clubs in football, with applying a cap on the number of players a club can give out on loan in a particular year, the new number will be eight players only and they must be 21 twenty one years old or more. Now this will come as a very big shock to Chelsea, who have a very huge number of their registered players out on loan, as off now they are having a total of 40 , Forty players out on loan. once this law is passed and finalised then Chelsea would be forced to bring back all their players back to Chelsea, and the club Chelsea , would hen be forced to pay all the players back from a loan deal. It then becomes costly as every ones weekly salary Chelsea will have to bear now.
