SERGIO RAMOS BREAKS A UNWANTED REORD IN THE CHAMPION LEAGUE .
The Spanish defender Sergio Ramos who plays his club football in Spain with Real Madrid.
Now Sergio Ramos has gone and written his name well into the record books.
And now in the 2018/2019 Champion League match played between A. S. Roma and Real Madrid, Sergio Ramos picked up his 36th thirty sixth yellow card in the champion league history.
He has now gone a beaten the previous record for the most yellow cards shown to a single player , the previous record was et by Paul Scholes, of England and Manchester United which was 35, thirty five yellow cards.
This record stood from 2013 when Paul Scholes retired.
By the way Sergio Ramos holds the most red cards shown in Spain as well.
