WAS THIS THE REASON FOR THE DELAY AT WHITE HART LANE?

According to THE DAILY MAIL, the work on the new 62,000 sixty two thousand seater stadium at WHITE HART LANE, is being delayed because of communication problems and material for the work not being got on time.. But now more serious reasons and accusations have come out in the media. Which says that the workers while working on the huge stadium which would now be costing a BILLION pounds, it is reported that the workers were drinking alcohol and also snorting cocaine early in the mornings in the toilet. If this is really true then it a serious concern as it is impossible to do a good work after taking both these harmful things early in the morning.
