CHELSEA TO FACE TWO YEAR TRANSFER BAN AND A FINE AS WELL..
Now according to THE METRO, F.I.F.A are investigating Chelsea who are guilty of signing players who were under the age of 18, eighteen years.
Chelsea are reported of signing a total of 14 fourteen young footballers who were under the age of 18, eighteen .
Now n recent years Liverpool, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have all been banned from buying players for this same reason.
Now for example Chelsea had brought the young footballer from Africa called Bertrand Traore who was only sixteen then and he signed a contract with Chelsea for four and a half years, but here F.I.F.A rules say that at eighteen a club can only sign a player for three years, now Bertrand Traore is playing in France with Lyon.
So on this case Chelsea are going to face a two year ban as well as a fine of 45,000 forty five thousand pounds..
But this is not the end as there will be other thirteen cases to be settled, Chelsea are seating now.
Chelsea could also face a very huge fine of 380,000pounds for the fourteen young boys.
