It is very surprising to note here that Manchester United which were a very big club under Sir Alex Ferguson, and playing attacking football , with a desire to score many goals as possible, was always there. For example under Sir Alex Ferguson Manchester United defeated their nearest challenger Arsenal with scores of 8-2 and 7-0 wins. Now the loyal Manchester united will be very surprised to know that the last time Manchester united have scored five goals in a single match was way back in 3/5/2013, and it was the last game of Sir Alex Ferguson, as the Manchester United's manager. The match was played against West Brom Albion, and the match ended with a score of 5-5. Now what is alarming here is that Manchester United have not scored a single score of five goals under the managers of David Moyes, Louis Van Gaal and Jose Mourinho. That is five long years. So now let us see how many games the arch rival of Manchester United, Manchester City have scored since the year 2013? And the answer is Manchester City have scored a total of 21, twenty one times with five goals or more, in their last match with Southampton, they scored six goals.
