The England F.A decided to let Wayne Rooney play one last time for England in a friendly match , mind you he had already announced his retirement some years ago. Now as it was a friendly match there was a lot of disagreement should this game be added into the total of games played by Wayne Rooney. But here the English F.A were guilty of failing to keep buckets at the stadium to collect money offered to the Wayne Rooney Foundation. And this blunder caused a big loss to the foundation in millions.
