THE N EW RULES FOR MANAGERS WHERE YELLOW CARDS ARE CONCERNED.

The English F.A. have now gone and introduced new rules where the referees and yellow cards are concerned they felt that the managers who really are under a great deal of pressure some times get too worked up. So this year the new rules have come into place. if a manager is shown four yellow cards in a season he will be banned for a single game. And if he does get eight yellow cards in a single season he will then get two match banns.
