BARRCELONA SHORTLIST A LEFT BACK FOR JORDI ALBA.

The Spaniard Jordi Alba, who had joined the Spanish giants from Valencia, a few years ago , but as he has no signed a new contract as yet, and is stalling in doing so. Now Barcelona have gone and made a short list of left backs they would like to have, and the sporting director Eric Abidal has seen three players to choose from And they are the French left back who plays left back at Lyon called Ferland Mendy. Then there is the Spaniard Felipe Luis, who is playing as left back with Atletico Madrid, and his contract is expiring in the end of the season. The third one is Junior Ferpo , and he plays for Real Betis in Spain, but he has a very big buy out clause of 43.7. Million pounds, far to much for a unexperienced youngster I would say. Barcelona will really have to do a lot of serious negotiations here.
